Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Sessions can be adapted to any student’s level and needs, especially in a private/small group setting.  (You don’t have to be able to tie yourself up like a pretzel or stand on your head, but I can teach you to if you’d like!)

Whether you want a vigorous overall workout; a more gentle restorative flow; deeper work on specific postures or simply the convenience of a class that comes to you, I can tailor sessions to suit your requirements.
In addition to privately organised classes I also teach a few open classes in South East London. These are soon winding up for the summer but please get in touch if you would like to be on my mailing list for next term's classes starting in September.

Please see rates for further information about organising a private class.

The philosophy and practice of yoga dates back roughly 3,500 years and has always evolved to suit the culture it serves - what remains constant is the concept of union and the process of transformation.

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice in which asanas (postures) are linked by the breath in fluid sequences. A typical class incorporates asana, pranayama (breathing exercises) and deep relaxation/meditation. Regular practice will help improve your physical fitness, and increase strength and flexibility of both body and mind.
