The asanas (postures) help to increase muscle tone, flexibility and overall fitness.

I offer private classes for small groups and personalised one-to-one sessions in your home or workplace, across London. 


Whether you’re a nervous beginner, an experienced yogi or working with an injury or disability I can tailor sessions to suit you.
